Rates for the 2018 has changed, so here are the new Rates!!!

Rate for 2018: $1650 for the double occupancy, $2400 for single occupancy

$2000 for the double occupancy(room 305,405), $2800 for single occupancy

$400 Security Deposit

​

In order to move in, $1225 that is include the security deposit for double occupancy, $1600 for single occupancy.  $1400 for double occupancy(room 305,405) and $1800 for single occupancy to move in (if a student moves in on a date other than the first of the month, the difference will be credited to the next month).

Minimum of 10 students.  No students can move until 1st month rent and security deposit are submitted to PPC Land Management for a minimum of 10 students

​

Manager (Casey Clark) will assign room.  Rooms will be on the 3rd and 4th floors (no one moves in prior to payment for 10 students security deposit and first month rent).

​

Weekly room inspection by manager (Casey Clark).  There will be a fine structure for food left open, lack of reasonable cleanliness, lights on,unreported maintenance issues, etc.

​

Note: With reimbursement coming in October, I would put two month rent ($825 double occupancy,$1000 rooms 305,405 double occupancy and $1200 single occupancy) so I would be covered.

​

Rent due on Nov 1st, no later then the 5th of the month.  If you are pass the late date, you will be ask to leave.

​

Please report on the 10th through 12th of August
